A retrim is not a commitment to alter the wheel structure, buttons, airbag or heating. These original systems and the condition of the wheel need consideration before the upholstery scope is agreed.
A closer look at the leather rim
Show the upper rim, the grip areas and the seam on the inside of the wheel. Polished leather, cracks and a loose cover are different conditions and should be visible in the photographs. Tell us whether you want a similar finish or a new color and thread combination. The thickness and feel of the finished surface matter, so discuss those preferences together with appearance.
Connect the wheel to the wider interior
A steering-wheel seam can repeat a color already present on the seats without changing every surface. For a Ferrari, Lamborghini or Rolls-Royce enquiry, include a full cabin view as well as the wheel close-ups. We assess the actual wheel and original controls before agreeing the upholstery work. Material availability, preparation and the agreed seam all contribute to the final proposal.
