Information you choose to share.
A project enquiry contains your name, email or phone number, preferred language, vehicle or vessel details, your message and any photographs you attach. Optional design preferences help us understand the project. Please do not upload identification documents, payment information or photographs containing information you do not want to share.
How it is used.
We use enquiries to assess projects, respond to you and manage the resulting conversation. Technical request information is used to protect the form against abuse. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell your enquiry information.
Storage and service providers.
The website is hosted by Vercel. Submitted enquiries and attachments are stored privately using Vercel infrastructure and are available through an authenticated staff interface. Our hosting provider processes information to deliver these services. Calls, email and Instagram follow the handling practices of the respective services you choose.
Retention and your requests.
We retain information while it is needed to assess your enquiry, manage a project and maintain necessary records. You can ask us to review, correct or delete your enquiry by email. We may need to confirm that you are the person making the request. Photographs submitted privately are not added to the public gallery without a separate decision and permission.
Browser storage and links.
The brief uses browser session storage to preserve text while you work. Photos are selected on your device and uploaded only when you submit. Essential security cookies are used for administration. No advertising or third-party analytics are enabled at launch. External Instagram and Maps links open services with their own privacy notices.
